A busy and growing collision repair facility seeks an experienced Collision Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, build detailed repair plans, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates Create repair plans using industry-standard estimating software Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and expectations Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters throughout the claims process Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency Monitor supplements and ensure proper documentation is maintained Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism Assist in achieving department sales and profitability objectives Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of collision estimating experience Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction Experience with estimating platforms such as Mitchell and Audatex Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple repair files simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Compensation & Benefits
