Tower Rigger/Installer

We are currently seeking a tower rigger/installer to join our team. Estimator

The estimator is one of the first contacts between the client and the company. They are responsible for preparing estimates of material, labor, equipment, and subcontracting costs for projects based on contract bids, quotes, drawings, and specifications. Key Responsibilities

Conduct tender opening procedures. Evaluate tenders, taking into account risks, constraints, and requirements. Prepare tender submissions, considering material quantities, required subcontractors, and production timelines, and ensure follow-up. Communicate with existing and new suppliers to obtain market/local pricing for materials, equipment, and services. Read plans and specifications. Develop detailed cost estimates and implementation schedules. Attend tender submission review meetings as required by management. Compile submission documents to ensure timely and compliant submissions. Perform analyses of "not awarded" results when necessary. Qualifications

College degree in civil engineering or construction engineering, or a certificate/AEC in construction estimation or equivalent, or relevant experience in civil engineering and infrastructure construction. 2 years of experience as an estimator in civil construction projects, or 3 years of experience as an estimator in infrastructure-related construction, or 7 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure construction sites. Proficiency with Windows 7+ and Office 2010+, especially Excel. Ability to read plans/topography. Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license. Bilingual (French/English). Holding an ASP Construction card is an asset. Disciplined and organized mindset. Accurate and analytical thinking. Negotiation skills. Solid interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
