Lead as the Mining Technical Director in Eastern Canada, guiding a talented multi-discipline team to achieve engineering excellence and successful projects while collaborating across Canada and the US. In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to QAQC standards. You'll focus on building high-performing technical teams, fostering innovation, and continuously improving project delivery within the Energy & Resources sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical project delivery while meeting QAQC standards
• Cultivate a culture emphasizing innovation and performance
• Mentor and develop technical teams across various locations
• Collaborate to enhance operational efficiency and success
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement continuous improvements Requirements:
• Active P. Eng. or P.L.Eng registration in Eastern Canada
• Minimum 10 years in the Energy & Resources industry
• Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams
• Strong business development and client engagement skills Drive project success by leading exceptional technical teams in Eastern Canada.
