This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer while partnering with the Regional Business Line Leader. Your focus will be on operational and project management, staff development, and improving financial outcomes. Lead teams to ensure quality and meet objectives through efficient resource allocation while managing client project delivery.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science • Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience • At least 4 years in a leadership position • Strong supervisory and communication abilities
