This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer while partnering with the Regional Business Line Leader. Your focus will be on operational and project management, staff development, and improving financial outcomes. Lead teams to ensure quality and meet objectives through efficient resource allocation while managing client project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning for business line objectives
• Develop high-performing teams through mentorship
• Manage project delivery to exceed client expectations
• Analyze performance metrics for operational improvement
• Act as a change leader to address market needs Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience
• At least 4 years in a leadership position
