EPC Project Director Canada Position

Lead large Engineering Procurement Construction projects in Canada with BVH, Inc. This role focuses on risk management, client satisfaction, and multi-discipline team leadership.

As a Regional Director, you will ensure the successful execution of complex EPC projects. You'll manage day-to-day operations and oversee financial metrics, performance, and quality for contracted scopes. Building and leading diverse teams will be critical to fulfilling project objectives while coordinating with various partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage large engineering projects involving multiple clients • Oversee teams for medium EPC projects with complexities • Negotiate contracts and secure repeat business on projects • Handle risks related to fixed pricing and new markets

Requirements: • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications • Ability to manage complexity and develop talent • Financial acumen for project execution • Adaptability to various work environments and conditions
