A governmental agency in Vancouver is seeking a Legal Counsel (1, 2, or 3) to provide legal advice related to human rights matters under the Human Rights Code. Candidates must possess a law degree and a current BC licence, alongside substantial experience in human rights law. Responsibilities include advising the Tribunal and its Chair on complex legal issues and providing representation in human rights disputes.
