Junior Counsel for Commercial Litigation

Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of post-call legal experience and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation on construction and regulatory matters
- Provide strategic direction to external legal counsel
- Conduct assessments and develop litigation strategies
- Draft demand letters and settlement agreements
- Collaborate on corporate matters as required
- Member of Law Society of British Columbia
- 1-3 years of legal experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
