Junior Commercial Litigation Counsel British Columbia

- Manage construction and regulatory litigation matters
- Provide strategic guidance to external counsel
- Conduct assessments and formulate litigation strategies
- Draft demand letters and settlement agreements
- Collaborate on corporate legal matters as necessary
- Member of the Law Society of British Columbia
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent commercial judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
