Lead the Regional Human Capital team as a Senior Manager at MNP. Your efforts will focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives to foster an engaging workplace culture. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee Human Capital operations including total rewards and talent attraction. This role involves collaboration with national and regional leaders to ensure strategic HR alignment. You will be responsible for facilitating planning, mentoring team members, and driving change in recruitment processes amid market transformations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead total rewards and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with business leaders for HR compliance
- Analyze HR reports to identify key trends
- Support leaders in employee relations and dispute resolution
- Drive innovation in HR processes and programs
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- 7+ years of HR leadership in professional services
- Excellent relationship management and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with AI and data analytics is essential
