Project Manager I for Capital Maintenance

- Ensure compliance with city requirements and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum five years in project management or construction management
- Solid knowledge of building systems and contract forms
- Valid driver's license for British Columbia
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
