What You'll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on marine vessels, barges, and related equipment
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure safe operation
• Troubleshoot issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Support loading, unloading, and material handling operations on the water
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures

What Are We Looking For

• Millwright Red Seal ticket and Welding experience considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and repair marine equipment and vessel systems, with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety while working effectively in a team environment
• Reliable communication skills and strong attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
