- Lead the execution of mergers and acquisitions
- Create and refine financial models for transactions
- Manage due diligence activities with third parties
- Prepare presentations and actively engage in discussions
- Evaluate investment opportunities and existing assets
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields such as finance or statistics
- Graduation by summer 2026 or completed degree
- Exceptional GPA of 80% or higher
- Engaged interest in investment banking through experiences
- Strong problem-solving and independent work skills
