Your role will involve navigating existing design systems, recognizing trade-offs, and advocating for user-centered strategies that align with business goals and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user experience design for banking applications
- Create engaging and responsive design prototypes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on experience goals
- Develop UI patterns for consistent branding and usability
- Collaborate during sprint cycles for iterative design delivery
- 5+ years in UX/UI design for applications
- Minimum 3 years with digital banking platforms
- Experience with Backbase, Temenos, or similar
- Understanding of design systems and Agile methodologies
- Ability to articulate design decisions to business leaders
