In this pivotal role, the Investment Representative will join Aviso Wealth's Contact Centre team. Focused on client satisfaction, you will tackle inquiries related to Qtrade Direct Investing and manage trading orders. Your ability to understand client needs and market conditions will be essential to fostering trust and delivering impactful support. Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Manage online trading order flow for self-directed clients
• Act as the client advocate for issue resolution
• Stay informed on investment market trends
• Drive service improvement to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
• Completion of Canadian Securities and Conduct Handbook
• 1-3 years' experience within investment services
• 2-3 years' experience in customer-oriented financial roles
• English fluency; French bilingualism is a plus
