In this temporary full time role, you will provide legal services and advise on corporate and real estate matters. Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting legal proceedings, and offering strategic recommendations to safeguard the VFPAs interests. Engage in health and safety initiatives, participate in cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the legal services business planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents

Requirements
- Law Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum three years of solicitor experience
- Eligibility for membership in the Law Society of B.C.
- General corporate and real estate experience
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
