As part of a 13-month contract, you will closely collaborate with the Tax Senior Leadership Team on strategic execution and organizational alignment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of national projects while monitoring key performance indicators and metrics that reflect the team's efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on strategic priorities and operational initiatives
• Manage and report key operational metrics and performance dashboards
• Build cross-business relationships for alignment
• Lead project oversight and coordination from inception to implementation
• Prepare executive presentations and leadership communications Requirements:
• 6+ years in a professional services firm
• University degree in Business Administration or similar
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement Utilize your project management and business intelligence skills to enhance BDO’s strategic goals.
