In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Tax Senior Leadership Team, assisting with strategic execution and organizational alignment. Your expertise will ensure the successful implementation of national projects and operational improvements across the Tax Service Line. You will also monitor progress against strategic priorities, tracking KPIs and metrics that highlight the team's effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on strategic priorities and operational initiatives Manage and report key operational metrics and performance dashboards Build cross-business relationships to ensure alignment Lead project oversight and coordination from inception to implementation Prepare executive presentations and leadership communications Requirements

6+ years in a professional services firm University degree in Business Administration or similar Robust project management and analytical skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement Utilize your skills in project management and business intelligence to support BDO’s strategic goals in a energetic setting.
