• Oversee daily operations of facility systems
• Conduct routine safety audits and inspections

• Create and monitor the facility budget
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7-10 years in facilities management
• 3 years in a leadership role preferred
• Experience in safety compliance and audits
• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills Ensure a compliant and efficient facility with strong project management and attention to detail.
