Facility Management Area Manager at Dexterra

Lead custodial services as the Area Manager at Dexterra Group, ensuring operational excellence in client relationships and team performance. This role emphasizes management accountability and safety culture. As an Area Manager in Facility Management and Janitorial services, you will oversee a dedicated team while reporting to the District Manager. Your leadership will drive client retention, operational efficiency, and the health and safety of employees. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning and effective communication with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage custodian services to ensure client satisfaction
• Foster relationships with key clients through effective communication
• Implement operational best practices and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular site assessments to maintain service quality
• Oversee staffing to optimize resource allocation Requirements:
• 3+ years in facility management or janitorial services
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Financial management experience and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in strategic planning and relationship management
