Area Manager for Wireless Reseller Channel

Elevate your career with Wireless DNA as an Area Manager for Authorized Reseller Stores. Drive sales, training, and compliance while forging impactful partnerships in the telecom sector. As the primary liaison for Sub-Dealer Partners, you will utilize your extensive telecom experience to enhance sales effectiveness and operational standards. Your role will involve coaching, onboarding, and developing training materials for partners. Collaborating with dealer teams, you will monitor KPIs and instill best practices to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onboarding and coaching to Sub-Dealer Partners
• Develop training materials for sales and customer service
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
• Conduct site visits for hands-on coaching
• Facilitate business reviews to align on goals Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in the Canadian Telecom industry
• Proven sales enablement and channel management track record
• Experience with wireless products and RCI systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
