Join Randstad Canada as a strategic Product Manager focused on Merchandise Operations Management. Drive initiatives for global merchandise modernization while working in a hybrid model with essential collaboration days in Mississauga. In this pivotal role, you will engage with Product Management to address complex customer needs and transform large ideas into actionable features. Collaborating closely with Solution Engineering, you will ensure that these solutions align with business objectives. Your expertise in non-functional requirements will guarantee high-quality deliverables, while your Minimum Viable Product approach will promote efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Decompose large epics into refined actionable features
• Collaborate with engineering for functional system designs
• Oversee and validate non-functional requirements
• Champion MVP methodologies to minimize waste
• Define test strategies for new epics and features Requirements:
• Experience as a Product Owner or Manager in a large enterprise
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence with SAFe Agile experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Oracle Retail applications preferred Contribute to transforming retail technology as a Product Manager with Randstad Canada.
