Lead day-to-day production as a Production Supervisor at Lactalis Canada in Winchester, Ontario. Oversee operations, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. This position requires a minimum of two years in food production supervision, preferably within the dairy or pharmaceutical sectors. You will conduct root-cause analyses, support production objectives, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving process improvements and optimizing productivity. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production operations within the facility
• Conduct root-cause analyses to address operating issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP requirements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for production objectives
• Provide performance feedback and training for staff Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in Food Science or Engineering
• Minimum two years of food production supervision experience
• Leadership experience in dairy, food, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Familiarity with HACCP preferred
