• Manage all aspects of Service Centre operations
• Foster strong customer relationships and enhance store performance
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times
• Identify revenue growth opportunities for the business
• Support team development and manage staff strategically Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in management or leadership roles
• Prior sales experience is advantageous
• Strong interest in team development and growth
• Proven problem-solving and opportunity identification skills
