In this role, you will design and deliver informal conflict management services to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will conduct mediation, facilitate training, and develop tailored conflict resolution plans. Successful candidates will engage in collaboration with HR to support clients and adhere to legal frameworks ensuring confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and promote conflict interventions for clients • Conduct mediation and facilitation sessions • Provide training on conflict resolution techniques • Assess conflicts and implement resolution plans • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders for effective outcomes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • 160 hours of conflict management training • 1 year of experience in conflict resolution (PE-04) • 3 years of experience for senior roles (PE-05) • Bilingual in English and French is required
