Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for reliable service
Provide leadership and support for front-line teams
Ensure operational compliance and safety standards
Facilitate training and development for staff
Regular travel to branches for operational support
Requirements 3–5 years in transportation or related management
Strong leadership capabilities in team management
Understanding of TDG and safety requirements
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
