Recreation Software Administrator in Simcoe

Enhance Norfolk County’s recreation services as a Recreation Software Administrator in Simcoe. Elevate customer service and manage the Xplor system for optimal program efficiency and user engagement. In this key role within the Parks, Recreation, and Culture department, you will oversee the Xplor system’s configuration, ensuring facility bookings and program registrations run smoothly. Your responsibilities also include training staff, supporting front desk operations, and improving the user experience across all services while assisting with software audits. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the configuration of the Xplor Recreation system
• Coordinate improvements for facility bookings and registrations
• Develop comprehensive training programs for staff
• Assist in audits of recreation software systems
• Support front desk operations and customer service inquiries Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant two-year college program
• Three years of recreation management software experience
• Proven track record in customer service and training
• Competency in Microsoft Office and additional software applications
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certifications are assets Bring your technical skills and customer service expertise to Norfolk County.
