Administrative Coordinator for Talent Acquisition

Support Vancity's recruitment efforts as a Talent Acquisition Administrative Coordinator. Help streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experiences while working in a hybrid environment. In this full-time temporary role, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Proficiency in recruitment systems and strong organizational skills are vital to this position. Your focus will be on managing recruitment documentation, coordinating job postings, and assisting candidates throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate job postings, offer letters, and background checks
• Maintain recruitment documentation and policies efficiently
• Serve as a point of contact for hiring leaders
• Create marketable job postings for attracting candidates
• Support candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment Requirements:
• 2-4 years in recruitment coordination or HR administration
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively Utilize your recruitment expertise to enhance processes and support Vancity’s mission.
