Intégrez l'équipe de brh à Saguenay en tant que Conseiller en Acquisition de Talents. Excellent service à la clientèle et chasse de tête sont au cœur de ce poste. Nous recrutons un(e) Conseiller(ère) en acquisition de talents avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience. Vous développerez un réseau de candidats tout en comprenant les besoins des clients. Vous contribuerez au développement des affaires et participerez à des événements pour accroître la visibilité de brh. Principales responsabilités:
• Accompagner des gestionnaires durant les entrevues
• Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
• Comprendre les enjeux d'affaires et de recrutement
• Identifier les meilleurs talents à travers la chasse de tête
• Développer des stratégies innovantes de recrutement Exigences:
• Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement
• Membre de l'Ordre des CRHA (atout)
• Capacité d'adaptation rapide au changement
• Compétences en communication claires et respectueuses Saisissez l'occasion de faire croître votre expertise tout en soutenant les initiatives de recrutement à Saguenay.
