Compensation Administrator - Career Network

Are you driven by compensation administration and want to contribute to the purpose of an organization that aims to ensure its clients feel confident and secure about their future? As a Compensation Administrator – Career Network, you will play a key role processing transactions related to the compensation of the sales team, while contributing to meeting established standards and deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force, such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances.
Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation.
Perform digital archiving.
Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions.
Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information.
Qualifications Recognized for attention to detail and proactivity.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Has 2 years of experience in administration, accounting or a related field.
Holds a diploma in a relevant field.
