Compensation Specialist - Hybrid Contract

Join Napoleon as a Compensation Specialist on an 18-month hybrid contract. Dive deep into compensation practices, job evaluations, and market analysis to support both Canadian and US associates. As a key addition to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits, this role focuses on end-to-end compensation strategies. You'll analyze organizational compensation, develop new programs, and deliver insightful recommendations to leadership. Your expertise ensures equitable practices that attract and retain talent. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and develop comprehensive compensation programs
• Document procedures for compliance and efficiency
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain descriptions
• Provide data-driven compensation advice to HR leaders
• Participate in market benchmarking and surveys Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Five years HR experience, three years in compensation
• CCP designation or progress towards it preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills and HRIS experience
• Knowledge of pay equity standards Utilize your analytical skills to shape compensation practices at Napoleon, ensuring fair pay and employee engagement.
