Contract Management Specialist

Agregat is looking for a

Contract Management Specialist

to support the administration of our major mining and construction contracts.

Working closely with Operations, Accounting and Management, you will help ensure our projects are properly documented, contract changes are tracked, equipment movements are recorded, and all completed work is accurately prepared for billing.

Administer client contracts and purchase orders.

Track change orders, contract revisions and commercial documentation.

Coordinate equipment additions, removals and substitutions.

Ensure work performed is properly documented and ready for billing.

Coordinate billing packages with Operations and Accounting.

Monitor contract balances and commercial reporting.

Support project close-out documentation.

Is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.

Is proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office 365.

Has experience in contract administration, project coordination, commercial administration or a related field.

Experience in construction, mining or industrial services is considered an asset.
