In this role, you will provide care through scheduled appointments and walk-ins while managing patient access via an advanced patient portal. Collaboration with Medical Assistants will support patient triage and optimize your clinical workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care through both appointments and walk-ins
• Manage patient access effectively with a portal
• Support virtual care through advanced technology
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants for patient management
• Document clinical information using shared EMR systems Requirements:
