- Design market-competitive base pay structures
- Manage annual compensation cycles with efficiency
- Lead job evaluation and pay equity measures
- Oversee HCMS and salary structures administration
- Conduct audits to maintain data integrity
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6+ years' experience in compensation and perks
- 2+ years in HR project environments
- Strong knowledge of Canadian HR legislation
- Advanced skills in Excel and HCMS optimization
