Join ONxpress as the Labour Relations Manager and enhance union‑management cooperation while navigating complex labour challenges. This position is vital for driving effective relationships and collective agreement strategies. The ONxpress team is searching for a Labour Relations Manager to lead its Labour Relations activities.
Your role will include overseeing collective agreements, implementing training programs, and acting as a mediator in workforce conflicts. With a focus on managing significant labour relations issues, you will contribute to the project’s expansion by resolving grievances and building robust partnerships in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities Design training for management on collective agreements
Monitor and advise on labour legislation changes
Assist operations in Project Labour Agreements development
Collaborate with estimating teams on labour‑related proposals
Foster harmonious relationships between union and management
Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Labour Relations
7+ years of experience in construction labour relations
Expertise in interpreting collective agreements
Familiarity with Building Trades and CLAC
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
