Join Citco as an Investor Relations Manager, where you'll lead the management of Private Equity client relationships and oversight of operational functions. Engage with senior management, manage teams, and ensure quality client deliverables. As an Investor Relations Manager, you will oversee multiple Private Equity clients and their unique needs. You will manage a team of Investor Relations Specialists while ensuring smooth interaction with various departments, including Accounting and Legal. Your expertise in finance and client relationship management will be vital in shaping our future direction. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships for multiple Private Equity clients
• Coordinate with Accounting and Legal teams efficiently
• Oversee external audit processes and client deliverables
• Build and manage internal Policy and Procedure documentation
• Review capital activity and ensure adherence to AML/KYC Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 5-7 years’ experience in Hedge Fund/Private Assets
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing staff
• Strong knowledge of compliance issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Utilize your finance experience and leadership skills to elevate Citco's Investor Relations team.
