- Develop Indigenous Relations strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead commercial negotiations with First Nation entities
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting relationships
- Enhance BC Hydro’s Relationship Agreements framework
- Report strategic direction to senior leadership
- University degree in relevant fields, Master’s preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in Indigenous relations
- Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Established network in energy and Indigenous sectors
