Bilingual Indigenous Relations Advisor

Drive meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities as a Bilingual Indigenous Relations Advisor at Dexterra. Leverage your skills in relationship-building, strategy development, and community representation to foster trust and partnership. In this crucial role, you will work closely with Indigenous leadership, business partners, and internal teams throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Your responsibilities will involve supporting Indigenous engagement initiatives, developing relationships, and representing Dexterra at community events. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience along with a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Build lasting relationships with Indigenous communities and leadership
• Represent Dexterra at key community and industry events
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams for effective proposals
• Support the development of Indigenous engagement strategies
• Conduct presentations and coordinate contractual agreements Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French required
• 3-5+ years in Indigenous Relations or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous cultures and protocols
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
