Position Purpose:
The eCommerce Project Specialist is responsible for supporting Project Management governance across key e-commerce functions to support enterprise outcomes. This role contributes to the operational & tactical efficiencies required by cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise capabilities / experiences on-time while providing leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health. Position Responsibilities:
Process Engineering & Tool Governance Build & Optimize Processes: Design, establish, and optimize project delivery workflows and intake frameworks to standardize team execution and improve operational efficiency. Lead Workshops: Organize and facilitate scoping sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and alignment meetings between business stakeholders and delivery partners. Manage Project Management Platforms: Configure and maintain project management tools (e.g., Airtable or similar systems), building out tracking frameworks, custom views, and automated workflows to ensure data integrity. Maintain Delivery Tools: Keep internal project management tools, dashboards, and delivery systems accurate, updated, and organized to support overall data integrity. Delivery Management Delivery Management & Flow: Oversee the end-to-end flow of project requests and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives move smoothly through the delivery pipeline from intake to completion. Support Prioritization: Partner with project leadership to evaluate, vet, and align incoming requests against broader portfolio priorities. Roadmap Coordination & Maintenance: Own the administrative upkeep of team and project roadmaps, ensuring timelines, milestones, and target delivery dates accurately reflect active work. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communications Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between various cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, shared understanding, and seamless project coordination. Coordinate Updates: Gather, aggregate, and distribute routine status updates across business and technical partners to maintain transparency. Ad-Hoc Operational Support: Monitor and coordinate additional tactical tasks or special assignments as directed by leadership to support shifting business needs. Responsabilités
Ingénierie de procédés et gouvernance des outils Élaboration et optimisation des procédés: concevoir, établir et optimiser les flux de travail et les cadres d’accompagnement des projets afin de normaliser la mise en œuvre de l’équipe et d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle. Animation d’ateliers: organiser et animer des séances d’évaluation, des ateliers de collecte des exigences et des réunions d’harmonisation avec les intervenants de l’entreprise et les partenaires de livraison. Gestion des plateformes de gestion de projet: configurer et mettre à jour les outils de gestion de projet (p.ex., Airtable ou systèmes similaires) et élaborer des cadres de suivi, des vues personnalisées et des flux de travail automatisés pour assurer l’intégrité des données. Mise à jour des outils de livraison: veiller à ce que les outils internes de gestion de projet, les tableaux de suivi et les systèmes de livraison soient exacts, à jour et organisés pour assurer l’intégrité globale des données. Gestion des livraisons Gestion des livraisons et du flux: superviser le flux des demandes et des réalisations attendues des projets du début à la fin, en s’assurant que toutes les initiatives se déroulent sans heurts dans la progression des livraisons, de la réception à l’achèvement. Soutien à l’établissement des priorités: collaborer avec l’équipe de direction de projet afin d’évaluer, d’examiner et d’harmoniser les demandes entrantes avec les priorités générales du portefeuille. Coordination et maintien à jour du plan stratégique: assurer le maintien à jour administratif des plans stratégiques de l’équipe et des projets, en veillant à ce que les échéanciers, les étapes clés et les dates de livraison cibles reflètent fidèlement le travail actif. Collaboration et communications avec les intervenants Harmonisation interfonctionnelle: agir à titre d’agent de liaison opérationnelle entre les différentes équipes interfonctionnelles et assurer une communication claire, une compréhension commune et une coordination sans faille des projets. Coordination des mises à jour: rassembler et regrouper les mises à jour relatives à l’état actuel et les transmettre aux partenaires d’affaires et techniques afin de garantir la transparence. Soutien opérationnel ponctuel: surveiller et coordonner des tâches tactiques supplémentaires ou des affectations spéciales selon les directives de l’équipe de direction pour répondre aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise.
