Senior Database Administrator with Performance Focus

Enhance your database expertise as a Senior Database Administrator in a dynamic IT team. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator with over ten years of experience. In this role, you'll utilize your knowledge in MS SQL Server and Oracle databases, addressing production performance issues and collaborating with project managers and software developers. This position emphasizes performance tuning, capacity planning, and defining database architecture. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead database performance and capacity planning efforts
• Collaborate with project managers and software developers
• Manage production performance issues in custom code
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing scripts
• Implement and define database system architecture Requirements:
• 10+ years of DBA experience preferred
• Proficient in MS SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning
• Knowledge of data architecting and BI
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset Bring your strategic vision and database skills to improve organizational systems.
