Senior Controller with Financial Insight

Lead financial reporting as a Senior Controller in this hands-on role. Drive accuracy in accounting and enhance finance processes to support strategic decision-making. As a Senior Controller, you will work closely with the Vice President, Finance to ensure effective financial reporting and month-end close processes. Your expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting will directly influence business decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration, improvement of finance systems, and maintaining data integrity across financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with VP, Finance for financial analysis and business case support
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements and reconciliations
• Maintain compliance in general ledger structure and reporting
• Manage external audits and tax compliance effectively
• Lead improvements in accounting processes and internal controls Requirements:
• CPA designation and 7+ years in accounting
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Sage 300 or NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills and communication proficiency This role offers the chance to shape financial practices while enhancing your leadership skills in accounting.
