Lead projects to success as a financially-focused Senior Project Manager. Manage financial outcomes through precise scope control and strategic decision-making across all stages. This performance-driven role demands strong accountability in managing multiple projects. Your expertise in gross profit management and negotiation will be crucial for ensuring operational alignment and profitability. Deliver clean, audit-ready documentation to meet compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle management of each project file
- Meet or exceed gross profit goals consistently
- Create and execute accurate project scopes
- Control pricing strategies for maximum competitiveness
- Negotiate effectively with clients and insurers
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency in communication and documentation
- Ability to handle high performance standards
- Track record of maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be bondable
