Financial Analyst - Process Automation Focus

Help propel Skip's finance operations as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in process automation and growth analysis in a hybrid work environment. This role is integral to enhancing our financial strategies. At Skip, you'll report to the Manager of Finance Operations and lead innovative financial analysis to support growth and partner relations. Your expertise will ensure accurate partner statement management and optimize processes for increased efficiency. You will also participate in strategic projects that drive business alignment and introduce new verticals. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze profitability drivers and growth metrics
- Manage and enhance partner statement processes weekly
- Support month-end activities and financial compliance
- Drive automation initiatives for operational improvements
- Lead projects for strategic business development
- CPA certification with 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Exposure to SQL or data analysis software
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passionate about improving financial efficiencies
