Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Focus

Lead major healthcare projects with Fraser Health as a Senior Project Manager focusing on mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure successful design and construction of long-term care facilities in Surrey, BC. This full-time role involves overseeing complex projects in the Long-Term Care portfolio, including three facilities housing 600 patients. The ideal candidate should have a MEP background and extensive experience with institutional projects. Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and a Professional Engineer designation are essential for this leadership position. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning and implementation of new facility projects
• Oversee project team structure and staff development
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders
• Monitor projects for budget, schedule, and quality adherence
• Lead business plan development for capital projects Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience
• Professional Engineer designation required
• Knowledge of design and construction standards
