Lead complex mechanical systems for the Oakridge Park development with QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver. This role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection within a mixed-use environment. QuadReal Property Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee design, procurement, and execution of mechanical scopes at the Oakridge Park project. You will support a multifaceted mixed-use development, ensuring mechanical delivery is on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive technical excellence across HVAC, plumbing, controls, and fire protection systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Oversee plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
• Lead commissioning and QA/QC reviews
• Manage GMP contracts and budget considerations
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors Requirements:
• 5+ years project management in mechanical systems
• Experience in mixed-use development environments
• Knowledge of local building codes and sustainability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
