Health and Safety Supervisor in Welland

• Ensure legislative compliance through detailed safety assessments
• Develop policies and programs for workplace safety
• Deliver training programs to all organizational levels
• Investigate incidents and manage reporting systems
• Collaborate with health and safety committees to enhance safety culture Requirements:
• Minimum three to five years in health and safety management
• CRSP or CHRL designation preferred
• Strong understanding of OHS Act and related legislation
• Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills
