Key Responsibilities: • Lead implementation of health and safety programs • Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments • Develop project-specific safety plans and documentation • Provide site safety orientations and coaching • Oversee regulatory compliance and documentation

Requirements: • 5–7 years progressive safety experience in construction • Post-secondary education in Safety or Construction Management • NCSO certification or CRSP designation preferred • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
