Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and business law files independently
- Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of corporate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
- Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate/business law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
