CIRA Financial Business Partner Role
CIRA
Take on the impactful role of a Financial Business Partner at CIRA, where financial insights directly influence decision-making. CIRA seeks a proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience in finance or FP&A to support its mission of enhancing Canada’s digital experience. The successful candidate will navigate complex financial discussions and forge strong relationships across various teams. Strategic financial modeling and effective communication are key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Influence decisions as a trusted financial advisor
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for business units
- Analyze trends and variances in performance data
- Develop KPIs to monitor accountability and progress
- Enhance financial practices and drive improvements
- 3-5 years of FP&A or business partnering experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar; CPA preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Familiarity with financial planning systems and strategies
