You will be a key player in refining financial practices while building relationships across functions to promote accountability. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leaders on financial implications of decisions
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Analyze key trends and performance variances
• Create frameworks to monitor progress
• Collaborate with teams for financial discipline

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or FP&A
• Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA is an asset
• Highly skilled in financial analysis
• Experience in performance management
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships
