- Guide month-end close and reporting processes
- Ensure thorough inventory verification and compliance
- Analyze manufacturing variances and performance drivers
- Coordinate plant budget development and tracking
- Partner with management to enhance operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 8 years of relevant financial experience
- Proficient in analysis and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge
- Ability to build cross-departmental relationships
